- To provide a high-quality, superior, and competitive Anatomical Pathology specialist education program at the national and/or international levels.
- To conduct research that produces effective and efficient publications, intellectual property rights (IPR), books, policies, and technology in Anatomical Pathology, emphasizing specific advantages at the national and/or international levels, particularly in the field of oncology.
- To provide community service that produces effective and efficient publications, intellectual property rights (IPR), books, policies, and technology in Anatomical Pathology, aimed at improving public health by prioritizing local culture and resources, particularly in the field of oncology.
- To ensure efficient, accountable, transparent, and equitable governance of the Anatomical Pathology specialist education program.
Goals
- To produce Anatomical Pathology specialist graduates who are excellent, communicative, professional, possess leadership qualities, entrepreneurial skills, critical thinkers, and are agents of change.
- To produce Anatomical Pathology specialist graduates who are competitive in the national and/or international workforce.
- To develop, implement, and produce innovative research in Anatomical Pathology, providing solutions to public health issues, the medical and healthcare industries, contributing to the national interest based on Undip’s characteristics, and to publish scientific publications of national and/or international standing.
- To implement research and community service results in Anatomical Pathology to improve public health and national progress, and to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and practice, supported by an integrated information system.
- To develop professionalism, capability, and accountability in good faculty governance, and to enhance the independence of the Anatomical Pathology study program, while serving as a role model for Anatomical Pathology specialist education programs at other medical faculties.
Target
- Improving the quality of Anatomical Pathology specialist education to be superior, integrated, and sustainable.
- Increasing the number of Anatomical Pathology specialist doctors with a 100% first-time graduate rate, with a satisfactory cumulative grade point average (GPA) and graduating on time.
- Improving the quality of research and publications in Anatomical Pathology in reputable national and/or international journals, with a focus on oncology.
- Improving the quality of research results in Anatomical Pathology, including the quality of science and technology-based community service, with a focus on oncology.
- Increasing the contribution of Anatomical Pathology business units.
- Increasing the use and integration of information systems and technology on a sustainable basis.
- Improving the quality of competent and professional teachers and educational staff.
